Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your order, however if you would like to return your order please see our return policy and procedure outlined below.
This return policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law.
NIZETI offers returns for change of mind on all orders, however, the following exclusions and requirements apply:
Clothing should be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with the designer and NIZETI tags attached.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for goods received within 15 working days of the original purchase date. Items not received within this period will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
For any exchange or return request, please email email@example.com with your name, contact number and order number. Please ensure that you outline the cause for your return/exchange request. Melinda will contact you with instructions for returning the product. Once the items have been received and deemed to be of original condition you will be notified with further information.
Please note that for all refunds (excluding faulty items); the total amount refunded will not include any shipping costs. All refund transactions will be made through the original purchase payment method. All items being returned or exchanged MUST be sent via registered or express post as these have tracking numbers which can be verified. Please retain the tracking number as for proof of return and for insurance and tracking purposes. Returns sent without registered post or without a tracking number may be void.
If you find a fault please notify Nizeti as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault we are happy to exchange, refund or repair the item.
