We hope you are satisfied with your order, however if you would like to return your order please see our return policy and procedure outlined below.

This return policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law.

NIZETI offers returns for change of mind on all orders, however, the following exclusions and requirements apply:

Clothing should be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with the designer and NIZETI tags attached.

If you would like to exchange or return a product for any reason, contact me at within 48 hours of receiving your order. Melinda will contact you with instructions for returning the product. We advise customers to send returns by a registered form of Australia Post (Registered Post or Express Post). 

The item must be posted to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received and deemed to be of original condition you will be notified with further information.

Please note that for all refunds (excluding faulty items); the total amount refunded will not include any shipping costs. All refund transactions will be made through the original purchase payment method. All items being returned or exchanged MUST be sent via registered or express post as these have tracking numbers which can be verified. Please retain the tracking number as for proof of return and for insurance and tracking purposes. Returns sent without registered post or without a tracking number will be void.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability, but will make all reasonable attempts to secure the exchange item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to NIZETI, but will not be required to cover shipping costs of the new item.

If you find a fault please notify Nizeti as soon as possible by emailing If it is found to be a manufacturing fault we are happy to exchange, refund or repair the item.
